The Van Vleet-Mansfield Drug Co. was in business in Memphis, Tenn. Starting around 1882. The company was run by Peter Van Vleet and Samuel Mansfield. I originally thought it was T. Hill Mansfield (see Mansfield's Capillaris), but since Samuel Mansfield was the original proprietor of the LaCreole Hair Dressingm that makes him the logical choice as the Mansfield of this partnership. In 1913, Peter Van Vleet was the president of the company. According to Fike, they merged with McKesson & Robbins in 1929.
