LaCreole Hair Restorer
This preparation was originally called the Louisiana Creole Hair Restorer. In 1881 it was being sold by S. Mansfield, of Memphis. The business later became known as LaCreole Laboratories. Still later it was called (or owned by) Van Vleet-Mansfield Drug Co., also of Memphis, Tenn. They registered a Trade Mark for the product in 1907. 1896 and 1901 Morrison & Plummer catalogs listed the product as "Mansfield's Louisiana Creole Hair Restorer.". I saw a screw top variant of the bottle and the label indicated that there was also a "La Creole Hair Dressing."

Bottle pictures were permitted by a fellow collector from the Internet. Unfortunately, he/she didn't provide a name. There was another label variant on which the picture matched the trademark shown.
