This product was Koken's Dandruff Exterminator. It was one of the products of the Koken Barber Supply Co., of St Louis. I've found references to the product from 1919 until 1922.
Unusual, 7 3/4", Square Top, no panels, ABM, clear, front is label under glass; back: "DESIGN - PAT. - APPLIED - FOR"; base: :K.D.X. - ST LOUIS, U. S. A."
