| This was one of the products of the Ladies' Cooperative Toilet Co. of South Bend Indiana. They apparently started out in the 1880, selling a "Tula-Water" for the complexion. They claimed to have had hundreds of branch offices and thousand of agencies for this product. The Wild Rose Hair Curling Fluid was introduced in 1892.
