This product was sold by C. A. Weisfield. A Chemist with offices in Pittsburgh and Parkers Landing, PA. A bottle was for sale in 2017, but it was unembossed and the label did not look like it was made for that bottle. The label, at least looked authentic. It said:
PROMOTES THE GROWTH OF THE HAIR, PREVENTS AND CURES BALDNESS, CURES DISEASES OF THE SCALP, IMPARTS LUSTRE AND BEAUTY. IT IS NOT A DYE. BUT REESTORES THE COLOR OF THE HAIR BY SUPPLYING TO IT THE NATURAL ELEMENTS AND NOURISHMENT WHICH IT NEEDS.
