Simplex Hair Coloring
According to Fike, William C. Korony was listed as a "Manufacturing Chemist" in Louisville, from 1911 to 1942. Milton N. Robenson was listed as the President of the company starting in 1946, and they called their business "Manufacturers of Toilet Goods." Fike said the business was still listed in 1953.

In 1908, Korony registered the word "Solvo," for a "Hair Remover" (TM #71,235). "Simplex Hair Coloring was advertised from 1912 through 1922 in the American Hairdresser. In these ads, Korony's address was listed as 237 S. 5th St., in Louisville, Kentucky. The 1922 ad listed several other hair preparations as well.
