This was the product of G.R. Seely, of New York. I found it advertised in 1857, saying it was for sale Hayes of Brooklyn. There was an Empire State Drug Co. in Buffalo. One of their products was Mrs. Fowler's Special Compound for the Cure of All Weaknesses & Diseases Peculiar To Women. I don't know if the companies were related.
