| This product was made by the Robar Company of Syracuse, NY. I found it advertised in 1911 (see below). This bottle is a gorgeous amethyst color, but it must have been irradiated to get it that dark. A natural "sun-colored" amethyst doesn't normally get this dark. I wish people would stop doing this.
