| This was one of the products of Wlliam B. Riker of New York City. According to Devner, he was selling this preparation at least as early as 1878. I found the product listed in some 1905 ads for Jacobs Pharmacy in the Atlanta Constitution. It was a product "for destroying dandruff germs." Ads: Ad from 1916 Trenton Evening News
