Restorer America
I saw one of these bottles at a show/sale in California. It was the product of I.J. O'Brien, 202 E. 30th Street, New York. I found Ignatius O'Brien listed in the New York City Directory as a Dentist from 1850 to 68. There were two testimonials on the label dating 1871 and 1872. The variant I saw had a wrap around label and I could tell how the sides were embossed, but I'm not sure about the front.
