Frank P. Perrine, was listed under "Patent Medicines" in Brooklyn in 1900. According to the product label, this product was sold by F.P. Perrine, of Queens, in New York City. The picture shown on the label was very similar to the Trademark used for Hay's Hair Health. One of the two was clearly imitating the other. The label said it "Has no equal for restoring the natural color, life and beauty to Gray and Faded Hair."
