Mascaro Tonique
The was the product of Martha Matilda Harper from Rochester New York. Harper registered the words "Mascaro Tonique" as a Trademark in 1888 (#15,572). In addition to the words, the Trade Mark included the representation of a "horn of plenty." She said that she had been using the Trade Mark since early in 1888.
