Luby's Parisian Hair Renewer
R. J. Devins, registered a label for this product in 1885 (View). It was probably the same product that was in the bottle below. The Principle Laboratory was: "Rue Vivienne, Rouen, France." I'm not sure if there was two preparations both with the same bottle, or if they were both the same preparation.
