London Hair Restorer
This was one of the products of Dr. Huson Swayne & son, of Philadelphia. The Swayne's were selling Jerome's Hair Color Restorer in 1859, and then in 1860 they started advertising this product. They said they were the Sole Agents in the U.S. for the product, but I don't see any evidence that it was ever made outside the U.S.
