| J. J. Krom was a hair and scalp specialist in Atlanta Georgia starting in 1876. His business was located at 613 "The Grand" in Atlanta (whatever that means). Articles around 1900 seem to be clear the Dr. Krom was very respected in Atlanta. He sold a medicated soap that was supposed to be great for the hair. It was in cake form.
