| N. K. Poolo registered the picture shown as a trademark for a "Hair Tonic" in 1911. He claimed to have been selling his tonic since 1909. He was a member of Kogeos & Poolo, of Atlanta, Georgia. The trademark petition also said the business was called "The Greek Hair Tonic Manufacturing Co." |
