Hutchin's Liquid Hair Dye
Hezekiah Hutchins was a Druggist in Massachussetts starting at least as early as 1844. That year he brought his dye to an exhibition and stated that he was from Holyoke, Mass. He was in business in Springfield Mass. from 1859 until around 1870. His primary business address there was on Main Street; initially at 98 Main. Around 1866, his son George joined the business. The last year that H. Hutchins & Son were listed, they were doing printing. It is likely that George was alone that year. The product was listed for sale in 1872 and 1875, in John F. Henry catalogs.

The picture shown was provided by Norman Larson.
