This bottle was pictured (in the box) in Freeman's book. The ad below was also copied, but it didn't say where it was from. The product was for sale in the 1901 Morrison & Plummer catalog, and, according to the Wilsons, it was still for sale in 1915. The following ad was transcribed from Freeman's book:
