C. C. Contrell was a Ornamental Hair Manufacturer at 41 S. 4th, Brooklyn. I only found him listed in 1860 and 61. Mrs C.C. Contrell was still in the Hairdressing business at least as late as 1874. I'm sure there was a #2 dye bottle.
