This bottle was listed in Follansbee's article without a description. His list did, however, mention that it was from Waterbury Conn. I found the Chief Two Moons Herb Co. there from 1922 until 1969. Helen G. Meridas was the President, and she also claimed to be a Botany Specialist. The primary product of this company was apparently "Chief Two Moons Bitter Oil." I saw some of the bottles from it, and they were all ABM, and mostly screw tops. The following information was in John Odell's book Indian Bottles & Brands.
Chief Two Moon came to Waterbury in 1914 with his wife Helen G. (Nugent) Meridas. He claimed to have been from Mexico, and he apparently didn't know anything about his Indian heritage. He had a business at 1864 East Main Street selling Indian tonics & herbs. He travelled the country with a busload of Sioux Indians in 1932. He was convicted once for practicing medicine without a licence. Some of the other products that he marketed included: a cathartic, a skin cream, a cough elixir, and a liniment. He died in 1933 a wealthy man. The business continued to be run by his wife after his death.
