This product was sold by A.S. Jordan in Boston starting in the 1830s. In 1837 and 1844, Jordan brought bottles of this product to the Exhibitions of the Massachussetts Charitable Mechanics Association. In 1856, A.S. Jordon was listed as the successor to Bates & Jordon (Fancy Goods), and he was an Agent for Beal's Hair Restorative.
